Refund policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your Blousy Lapel purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase.
Please be aware that we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to return an item and obtain a different item or size, you will need to place a new order.
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return. This includes items purchased during a sale or promotion and bodysuits and swimsuit bottoms, all of which are considered Final Sale and non-returnable.
We offer prepaid shipping labels for returns at a flat fee of $15 USD. It is important to remember that returns must be submitted within the 30-day period for acceptance.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
